Every time we are saved from what we are, every time we exit ourselves and journey more into God the process of salvation is taking place. Though Christ has finished every process on the cross, but our salvation is not yet complete. We are not yet walking in the full experience of the finished work. There is a salvation that has been preserved for those that endure till the end. We know that Jesus has abolished death. He shut it down, rolled it away and made it of no consequences; 2 Tim 1:10
‘’But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.’’
If we were dead with him and our lives is now hidden in Christ, then why are we not experiencing fullness or manifesting the traits of the finished work?
It is a legal fact in the realm of the spirit that death has been abolished but in reality, it is not yet a vital fact for us. The truth is that some of us have not yet believed it, and so we do not know it and therefore cannot walk in its reality.
The difference between seeing it in the scriptures and having it work in our lives is LIGHT; SIGHT. Eph 1: 17-19.
…The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may KNOW what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saint, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe…
Sight delivers the highest and most unreachable things. As a matter of fact, what you can’t see, you don’t feel a need for, but what the eyes can behold the heart has capacity to receive. Gen 13:14.
When light dawns in your heart about the realities in God and all that is available to you, you will run after Him breathlessly until you touch and walk in that glory. One of our greatest fights in this season is the battle of Light.
God is beckoning on us in this season to come into greater light. We are in an era of light. The realm of light is coming more and more to us. The most potent weapon of Satan especially in these times is light; coming in another form of light, he might have to come as a form light to deceive us. But you see we are not afraid for we have the greater light in us and we have great discernment.
God has determined that he would shed more light in these times, and that as we journey continuously into him, more of these realities would be revealed to us and then we can see it and walk in it.
